Are you ready to Playwork™ with us?

We're looking for a Tech Recruiter that is going to be focused on sourcing candidates and contribute to building a high-performing tech team. You will be working near to the Talent Acquisition specialists to hire the best talent, bringing the continuous flow of candidates, and building a strong pipeline of engineers to join our team.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating an effective sourcing strategy to source candidates from all around the world.
  • Mapping the tech industry locally and internationally, by researching companies, markets, and teams as potential sources of candidates.
  • Creating a strong pipeline of candidates by building long-term relationships with top talent.
  • Coordinating hiring processes by organizing interviews, following up the stages of the hiring processes with the candidates, and bringing an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Working closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand hiring needs and develop creative strategies for reaching out and engaging passive candidates.
  • Be a cultural ambassador of Lingokids to engage candidates during the initial reach out.

Are you our Tech Recruiter?

The ideal teammate for us would be someone who has:

  • 1 year of experience as a sourcer or jr. recruiter in global tech companies.
  • Experience in recruiting engineering profiles.
  • Tech-savvy professional.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Knowing Ruby, JavaScript, React community is a plus
  • Experience in a fast-growing company.
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment to improve our processes according to.
