Sr. Content Marketing Manager
Lingokids' mission is to help 100 million families around the world raise amazing children through Playlearning™. To help us on this mission we’re looking for an exceptional Sr. Content Marketing Manager. The role can be fully remote or based in our sunny Madrid office.

With fresh content - games, books, videos, interactive episodes, etc - every week, we are helping more than 40M families and their children around the world to develop their skills in a fun and effective way.

As a Sr. Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the Content Marketing performance on our YouTube channels, Parents Community, Web, and Blog.
The whole Marketing department consists in around 30 people, working in cross-functional teams with colleagues from Product and Data.
Responsibilities
- Implement our content marketing strategy and execute it across all our digital channels (focusing on YouTube) to generate more leads and engagement throughout our audience (kids and parents).
- Lead and maintain our content marketing calendar and editorial plans for marketing materials like videos, blog posts, ebooks, printables, and other materials supporting the rest of the Marketing team.
- Align and implement an SEO strategy that produces clear ROI on users visiting our digital channels, focusing on YouTube.
- Deliver on and contribute to our overall content strategy, aimed at raising awareness, creating demand, and generating leads — but above all: inspiring and making learning fun!
- Develop a deep understanding of our audiences (parents and kids) — their challenges and goals, content preferences, and habits, particularly as they relate to specific verticals. That includes staying up-to-date with developments and generating new ideas to draw the audience’s attention (parents and kids).
- Make the most of all of our content, new and existing, to deliver the most value to our users, as well as drive the right business results with content creation, repurpose, and optimization.
- Keep improving by defining and executing AB tests (especially on YouTube).
- Manage campaign execution. Working cross-functionally with teams to execute campaigns through execution, delivery, and insights.
- Ensure high content quality and accuracy by reviewing all materials before publishing, together with our design team.
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of our content strategies on a daily basis, taking action to leverage it.
Desired experience
- Bachelor’s in Advertising, Communication Studies, or related field
- 2+ years experience in managing large YouTube channels
- 4+ years experience in Content/Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of YouTube and SEO concepts
- Content and Product Marketing strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage teams (external/internal)
- Brand development
- Ability to react quickly, dynamically, and intelligently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to apply assumptions
- Project management
- CMS management
English is a must. We are a multicultural team, and we are providing a service in English so, we don't care about certificates, but we expect you to be able to communicate fluently.
You should feel equally comfortable communicating in long-form writing. We have become a fully remote company so, we believe that being articulate in both spoken and written long-form asynchronous communication is key to working efficiently together.
