P&C Interview
This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to ask any questions you might have about the role and our company.
Tech Screening Call
The interview aims to learn more about your technical background. The meeting will be with 2 of our engineers, and we don't ask for coding at this stage
Practical Case
You will be given a real-life activity to work on and have a set amount of time to complete it.
Practical Case Review Interview
After checking your Practical Case, if good, we'll move to the Review of the exercise with another two engineers.
System & Design Interview
This meeting focuses on your high-level engineering knowledge in things like DNS, HTTP, REST, etc.
VP of Engineering Meeting
The final call. This interview will give you space to ask about Engineering on Lingokids and your role.
Extra information
- The average time to complete the hiring process in the Engineering department is 3-4 weeks
- The average time to receive the first contact from the TA team is 1-3 days
- We usually take 24 to 48 hours to send you feedback at every stage of the hiring process
