The Product team's main goal is to build an engaging learning experience that delights kids, parents, and caretakers.
We have different disciplines among the team, and each of them contributes to the product differently:
- User Research: User Researchers shape the future of the product and brand by listening and studying users. This way, they can build a deeper understanding of customer needs and goals and turn qualitative and quantitative user research into valuable customer insights.
- Product Design: they follow a user-centered approach to translating research insights, user problems, opportunities, and business objectives into well-designed solutions. Product design is sometimes also known as a full-stack designer or an end-to-end designer; this means they can create ideas and craft them into validated solutions and take them all the way into product delivery.
- Product Management: They identify business problems and user needs and launch products and features to fulfill them. They work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to ensure key goals are met.
- Data Science: they help the company make better decisions using data, both with Machine Learning and Analytics. The team builds dashboards for the Product Managers to understand the product and experiment to understand which features should be launched.
