What you'll do

• Record and post journal entries to accurately document business transactions.
• Organise and maintain accounting vouchers in an orderly and accessible filing system.
• Review and book vendor invoices in Business Central and Precoro.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare corresponding journal entries.
• Assist in processing purchase orders and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support the month-end close process by completing assigned tasks within established deadlines.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail related to financial operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed to support the finance team.

What you’ll bring

• At least 3 months of experience in a similar position.
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Business.
  
• Proficient in Excel, including expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, handling large datasets, and resolving formatting issues.
  
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamic Nav / Business Central is a plus.
  
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
  
• Proactive, optimistic & fun to work with.
• You must be eligible for an internship agreement with a school or academic institution in Spain.

English is a must: We’re a multicultural team providing a service in English, so while certifications aren’t necessary, fluency is essential. As a fully remote company, clear and effective spoken and written communication—especially in asynchronous, long-form formats—is key to collaborating successfully.
