With over 12 years of experience in customer service management and leadership, I am passionate about optimising processes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. I have focused on increasing support availability, improving SLA metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce case handling times. In addition, I collaborate closely with product teams, providing feedback to refine functionality and usability.

As a manager, my mission is to empower people by helping them identify and leverage their strengths. I take pride in fostering team development through effective delegation, coaching, and support as they take on leadership roles. My approach emphasises continuous improvement, whether it's refining team structures, optimising workflows, or enhancing internal communication channels.

I am a curious and hands-on leader who is committed to understanding challenges at a granular level and working collaboratively with diverse teams to develop effective solutions. This proactive mindset drives innovation and ensures excellent outcomes for both teams and customers.
