At Lingokids, the Producer of Interactive plays a central role in driving the production of high-quality, engaging, and educational interactive content for young children. This position bridges creative vision, educational goals, and operational execution, ensuring that every piece of content is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our mission to revolutionize early childhood education through play.

What you’ll do

Execute the interactive content strategy

• Work with leadership to implement the interactive content vision and roadmap.
  
• Gather customer insights, market trends, and data to inform production decisions.
  
• Balance cost, speed, and quality by managing in-house and outsourced production effectively.
  
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to align content with educational objectives.

Manage the production pipeline

• Oversee production workflows from ideation to final release.
  
• Schedule and plan production milestones, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  
• Ensure deadlines are met and content is delivered on time and at the highest quality.
  
• Maintain a holistic budget view, ensuring cost-efficient content production.
  
• Work with data teams to analyze engagement and retention metrics, using insights to optimize content.

Facilitate communication and alignment

• Act as a key point of contact for interactive content production across teams.
  
• Ensure smooth information flow between content, product, and management teams.
  
• Provide regular production updates in meetings and reports.
• Moderate meetings and improve team efficiency by implementing best practices, guidelines, and workflows.

Support innovation and continuous improvement

• Ensure user feedback and testing data drive content iteration and improvement.
  
• Research trends and competitors to keep Lingokids at the forefront of interactive content.
  
• Maintain high production standards, balancing template-based game experiences and unique, innovative content.
  
  

What you’ll bring

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Producer or Project Manager in digital media, gaming, or interactive content.
  
• Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of game/content production, scheduling, and milestone execution.
  
• Project Management: Experience with relevant tools (e.g., Github, Project, Trello, Miro).
  
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth production workflows.
  
• Data-Driven Approach: Familiarity with user engagement and retention metrics to inform production decisions.
  

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in educational content or children's media.
  
• Familiarity with CRM campaigns and content promotion strategies.
  
• Public speaking experience for industry events.
